I have recently got Westwood. I knew when I first seen her (your video) I had to have her. I love love love her and worn her about 7/8 times. I’ve washed, conditioned and have steamed her a few times but she is very dry and end are looking rough! I’m terrified to use the straightener on her! Her curls are what I love most. PLEASE HELP!
