If i may ask, how does these campaigns stop substance abuse or substances being sold in the street? As far as i know as long as drug lords are out in the street, they will be out in the street doing wat they do. Campaigns wont stop them from dealing or using. Just my opinion, might be wrong🤷🤷🤷
