Hello CollaNote team, I’ve been facing a serious issue with the app recently. It keeps freezing, closing suddenly, and sometimes even deletes my voice recordings automatically. I already made sure my device has enough storage and that the app is fully updated, but the problem still happens frequently. This is really affecting my study workflow since I use CollaNote daily for note-taking and recording lectures. Could you please look into this issue or let me know if there’s any fix available? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I subscribed to the app a year ago, but it keeps telling me to pay to use the features. However, I have already subscribed to the paid version!
