@oktacooks: Tumis Tauge Telur Ingredients: • 200 g bean sprouts • 1 shallot • 2 garlic cloves • red paprika/ bird’s eye chili • 2 eggs • Salt • White pepper • Chili (but I use red paprika instead) • ½ bouillon cube • 1 tsp oyster sauce • 1 tsp sugar Instructions: 1. Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and set aside. Slice the shallots, garlic and red paprika (or chili), then set aside. 2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. 3. Heat some oil in a pan and scramble the eggs until cooked. Remove and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add a bit more oil and sauté the shallots (and paprika/chili) until fragrant. Add the cooked scrambled eggs back in, then add the washed bean sprouts. 5. Season with salt, pepper, oyster sauce, bouillon cube, and a bit of sugar.
