I'm in England. Police in England don't have qualified immunity and are subject to the law the same as anyone else. Police have to think before they do and to act responsibly or they could find themselves fired or in court

You can also record anyone without notifying the other party. People do so to remember the conversation for reference. The only thing you cannot do is (black male) (have to spell it like this due to TikTok) anyone with that recording.
