I never ‘got it’. I just made sure we had gas, showed up at the right restaurant and had wine ready for when we got home. No, I didn’t care that I opened a bottle after midnight. ANY hour is a good hour to celebrate getting home alive, especially in winter. AND finally getting some peace and quiet. 😂🤣 Miss those days. 🥰

😂 My son played a lot of hockey (and still does ) while he was in high school so we spent hours and hours watching tournaments and games as well. Because I talk so much, I don’t know how many goals I missed. Thank God my husband drove to all the early morning practices.
