Modern cars just feels slow. My MR2 Turbo felt much quicker than the E39 M5 I had at the same speed. And the F80 M3 feels even slower compared to the M5. You really have to drive twice the speed to feel you are going fast.

I moved to Germany this year. The speed limit here is high enough thank you 😂 It’s 90 kmph in Iceland (although nobody seems to respect that).

I drive 3 cars on a daily basis 2006 opel Agila 2012 seat Leon 2022 toyota corolla (automatic) the speed feels wayyyy different in them all. in opel I'm scared to go 40, in Seat I can somewhat feel the speed and control it, but in Toyota? I sometimes be going 80 and not realize I'm speeding

nah not really, speed rarely cause I watch my fuel needle race to empty. I don't like spending money so the less fuel I use the better. however don't get me wrong, going a little faster than normal is fun as hell from time to time
