That curd is bomb things I’ve used as a vehicle for the curd: frozen waffles, add to vanilla ice cream, classic toast. Added to cinnamon roll as a topping. Finally on spoon directly into my mouth.

Tasting today: The onion salad is no joke on the onion,I liked the berry curd it wasn't overpowering,the cheeseball spread is amazing,I thought the corn was delicious. I have had the imitation crab meat for lunch twice now with the sea salt seaweed. However, I HATE the new granola. Sesame, Ginger, Almond with Tahini.
