@crmnallyobsessed: 32-year-old Ian Cleary was sentenced to up to four years in prison on October 20 for the assault of Shannon Keeler over 10 years ago at Gettysburg College. Cleary was accused of stalking Keeler at a party before assaulting her in her dorm room in 2013. The case went years without any official charges until Cleary sent Keeler a message in 2021 reading “so I r**** you,” followed by, “I’ll never do it to anyone ever again”. In court, Keeler said to Cleary, “I forgive you and I hope you find your peace,” while also stating that Cleary “didn’t take no for an answer” during the crime. “He stole my innocence,” said Keeler, who was 18 at the time of the assault. Cleary will also have to register as a “tier three” sex offender. #truecrime
