@thebigleybasics: 2 ingredient Crunch Bars! They’re incredibly easy to make, yet super hard to resist.😏 And of course, they’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free! Ingredients: •9oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate (I use dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate) •1 cup gluten free puffed rice cereal Instructions: 1. First, melt the chocolate (feel free to add up to 1 tbsp coconut oil to help it melt, if needed). 2. Next, add the puffed rice to the melted chocolate and stir until fully coated. If the mixture seems too runny, add a little more cereal. 3. Pour the mixture into an 8x5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper. For a finishing touch, sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional). 4. Refrigerate for several hours, or until firm. Once set, remove from the fridge and slice into bars. If the chocolate is too hard to cut, let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before slicing. 5. Enjoy!
