Northshore megamax would be a great option. Their sizes start at XS and go up. They are a great overnight diaper.

Northshore megamax air lock work amazingly well and will hold up overnight. If by some chance she's able to soak through them, there is a more absorbent option as well. They are tape on but they'll hold up overnight. I live with incontinence as an active man in my late 30s and they hold up for me. I've tried every product on the market and settled on megamax.

I have autism and my sister put me in Huggies ultra dry in boys size 6 tab diapers during the day and at bedtime my sister put me in rascals size 7 tab diapers so during the day I wear Huggies size 6 tab diapers during the day and at bedtime I wear rascals size 7 tab diapers

My daughter does best with the Assurance brand women’s overnights S/M. They have be the best for no leaking. She doesn’t have issues overnight, she struggles more with letting us know during the day.

As someone who is incontinent and heavy wetter at night you are going to probably want to shift away from a pull up if you want higher absorbency. Like others have mentioned northshore is a pretty good brand and they will most. Likely last the whole night if you go with the mega max or something a bit heavier. Diapers never actually hold as much as they say. Many say they hold several thousand milliliters but they only hold about 1/3 of what they say.
