My hip flexor got very tight during my marathon roughly mile 14 and within the next two miles my glute, quad, knee all on my right side quit and I had a 10 mile battle with some of the worst pain I've ever felt

Been experiencing pain at the front of my hip and sometimes towards my groin when performing single leg RDLs or even just putting my weight towards one leg then shifting off (not even lifting my leg at this point, think rocking my body left to right). Happens after every run but very painful after a 10-15K+ run. Any help is greatly appreciated. Your videos have been a godsend!

would this be a cause of hip pain at night only when lying on it 🤔 if I bend it slightly it takes it off. Came on after I started running and it goes down the side of my leg when it does hurt at night as well as in the hip.
