I was compensated £1.40 for my train that was delayed almost 1 and a half hours, and then cancelled and the next train was also delayed twenty minutes. It’s a JOKE. 😭

delay repay is a joke though honestly, i was 2 hours late back from manchester because of a crime just outside stoke and a fire just outside birmingham. i couldnt even finish my journey i had to get my brother to come pick me up, but just because they thought i couldve made it for the train home (the platform was RAMMED getting off) they only gave me half my money back because it "was only 118 mins of delay" 2 MINUTES OFF A FULL REFUND

When I had a delay on Trainline they offered me a measly £0.05 delay repay! After "admin fees" this was a £45 ticket btw guys! I took it to the operator GWR who sorted it out properly and got my actual delay replay sorted!
