This jacket isn’t ruined. You can either air dry and shake it periodically to loosen the feathers. (Do this if this is the seamless jackets. Don’t melt to glue.) option two is dryer with tennis/dryer balls.

Make sure all the soap is rinsed out. Then it needs to dry for ages and ages. Put a tennis ball or something in the dryer to fluff up the feathers.

I literally have four of these from uniqlo, two jackets two vests, and i wash and dry them all the time. But you have to throw them in the dryer! To fluff the feathers

I wash mine in the washer, it comes out flat like that, but when I dry it in the dryer if puffs back up.
