the first fight we ever got into, I started yelling and he very calmly said "im not going to do this yelling thing with you. so if you need some space to calm down or if you can calmly talk about this thats fine with me but I will not do the yelling" my flabbers were GHASTED.

It’s so hard! The overthinking, the difficulty in trusting, asking the are you sure questions over and over again. Loving the support, patience, communication, and calm but that escape plan whispers on the edges of your mind from time to time. 🥺

me and my new partner went away for a few days, which obviously meant we needed to drive to get to the destination, we got lost, this triggered me so much! getting lost meant getting screamed at, getting blamed, ruining the time away coz can't follow simple instructions. but none of that happened this time. and that was hard to accept but also amazing at the same time x
