my radiators work on 8 only, anything below that is cold af. not sure why. and 8 it's like boiling hot, can't even touch it.

don't put wd40 in radiator valves. it eats the rubber and creates a leak. don't bang with hammer either. put a heavy force against the pin and loosen by small force.

Google bleed your radiator u use a special key , the air needs letting out to make the water run through properly

While you are at it. Check if radiator have air on it, there is air release valve top of the radiator. By opening it slowly little you eater hear air hissing out and turning to water, or water coming out. When it's water close the valve
