Double layer clothes, shoes on (sleep in them), if they have a life jacket keep it near by being that close to the water, fill tub up, emergency backpack ready, put luggage on bed off the floor in case sewer backs up, then find your inner calm because you will need it! Pray and we are praying for you!

Take photos of your passports and ID and text and email them to trusted family. Call home embassy and make them aware of your location, double layer cloths if you can or pack go bag with change of cloths. Wrap go bag in plastic garbage bag in case you need to wade thru water.

Use mattress to cover yourselves and you can use pots for heads on any children. Keep documents in a backpack on you and stay low. Ride it out away from windows and preferably away from exterior wall. Run from water means if water rises you have to leave where you are. Hide from wind. Keep low and under. Prayers
