@samgach: Frog pose is one of the best things you can do for your hips, and there’s a version for everyone. This is a great stretch for the hips and can help with flexibility and even things like lower back pain for some people. But it’s a challenging one for a lot of people. If you find “normal” frog pose difficult, don’t fret. First of all, you’re not alone. But also, there are so many variations that all are beneficial. Try different ones and see what works for you.
