As a former runner, I actually never thought about that. Squating or sitting in the middle of a longer run would be brutal trying to get back up.

I watched a lady run into the wood line running the Alaska midnight sun marathon and pee standing up. She pulled her shorts to the side and let it fly

wooowwwww!!!!! I'll glad ya brought this up. weren't there Potter John's along the routes with signs at every mile have a potter john? I have never done a usmc marathon but this is good gouge for the institution to consider.
