To color you hair blue it need to be as blonde as possible for it not to be green at least if you look at the color theory wheel cause when you bleach it it can turn a little yellow if it’s a brown and blue+yellow=green. Hope this helps / cosmetology student

When I dyed my hair for the first time in second grade it was blue and there was this guy in my class that his favorite color was green he liked me for the whole year and we lived in the same neighborhood
