元榆牧場土雞開團中～【連結在主頁】今晚只有我跟兒子。這種「丟進電鍋就好」的料理，最近特別常出現在我家餐桌。不用顧火、不用備很多菜，卻還是有那種熱熱的家常味。 ————————— 蔥鹽雞腿飯（2人份）食材 • 雞腿排 1片 • 白米 1杯 • 水 1杯 • 薑片 2片醃料 • 醬油 1大匙 • 蠔油半大匙 • 白胡椒少許作法 1. 雞腿排加入醃料抓醃約10分鐘。 2. 白米洗淨後，加入1杯水，兩片薑片，鋪上醃好的雞肉，使用正常白飯模式炊煮。 3. 煮好後將雞肉剪塊，與白飯攪拌均勻。先取出寶寶份。大人份加入約1.5大匙蔥鹽醬拌勻即可。 ————————— 蔥鹽醬蔥花 6大匙、蒜末 1 大匙、薑末 1 小匙、鹽巴 1/4小匙、白芝麻½小匙、糖½小匙、熱油 2大匙、蒸雞湯汁2大匙（可用一般市售雞高湯取代） 1. 將蔥花、蒜末、薑末、鹽巴、白芝麻與糖混合。 2. 淋上熱油拌勻。 3. 最後加入蒸雞湯汁拌勻即可。 ————————— Scallion Chicken Rice (2 servings) Ingredients • 1 boneless chicken thigh • 1 cup rice • 1 cup water • 2 slices ginger Marinade • 1 tbsp soy sauce • ½ tbsp oyster sauce • A pinch of white pepper Instructions 1. Marinate the chicken thigh with all marinade ingredients for about 10 minutes. 2. Rinse the rice, add 1 cup of water and the ginger slices, then place the marinated chicken on top. Cook using the regular rice setting. 3. Once cooked, cut the chicken into pieces and mix evenly with the rice. Set aside a portion for baby first, then mix about 1.5 tbsp of scallion salt sauce into the adult portion. ————————— Scallion Sauce Ingredients • 6 tbsp chopped scallions • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 tsp minced ginger • ¼ tsp salt • ½ tsp white sesame seeds • ½ tsp sugar • 2 tbsp hot oil • 2 tbsp steamed chicken juices (or substitute with store-bought chicken broth) Instructions 1.
