They dissappear over time 🩷🩷🩷 😊 the tongue will heal after you are done with the palate expander and the orthodontist takes it out

Sameee i had one when i was younder but it helped a little atleast .I dont know if you do that to but i had that thing. That you put on your chin and forehead and you tighned it every night , it hurted i used to wake up at night
