Doctor said my sugar levels were getting to high So I just stopped eating all added sugars and most bread products and fast 18 hours a day only eat between 12 and 6:00 PM started February18 was 216 now I’m at 177 have not been less than 200 in 10 years and now my clothes fit again and instead of being on the last hole in a belt I’m on the first hole and it’s not tight enough 😎😎
