I went to Tokyo Disney last summer and never had an issue with the queues. Over 3 days we rode thunder mountain 13 times. Just to give people perspective over how quick you can get on rides

You do walk In but you also walk in within 10 minutes of opening no matter how big the line is.

I arrived there last Friday 2 hours after opening and I got premier passes for all the rides available for DPA. I even got some 40th anniversary passes 💁♂

I think there's a DPA limit for non-residents. Because I see many comments from people saying they got it without a problem, while others said they didn't. Many of those who didn't get it were people who were in Japan for tourism.

Was just there on Monday. The standby time for frozen was at 240 minutes an hour into the park opening. I was late to getting there early 8:30am arrival and I still waited close to three hours due to the ride breaking down for about 30 minutes. I was able to DPA rapunzel and Peter Pan and then I just explored the park. By around like 11am all of the DPA were sold out. Was only there till 2pm since I had the Shinkansen at 3:15 to Hakone.
