sorry for my ignorance but I don't understand why they have 2 options in the toilets? in my country there are places where they only have the 2nd toilet but that's cause it's cheaper, but if they have both then it's not bc of money?

We don’t use cash …all QR .Even in rural villages use QR .

QR code payment is pretty common in Indonesia too, even street side food vendors accept it. we call it QRIS.
