@_shawn_adams_: The Walkie Talkie building, officially known as 20 Fenchurch Street, is a distinctive commercial skyscraper situated in the City of London financial district. Completed in 2014 and designed by Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly, this 38-story, 160-meter-tall building is known for its unique top-heavy shape that resembles an old-fashioned walkie-talkie handset, which gives the building its popular nickname. The structure features a concave, outwardly curving facade designed to maximise floor space at higher levels, where rents are higher. It houses office spaces topped by the Sky Garden, a public space spanning three floors with lush gardens, restaurants, bars, and panoramic city views. Despite its popularity as a tourist attraction, the Walkie Talkie has been controversial, having faced criticism for its unusual shape and solar glare problems that caused damage to nearby properties, earning it the nickname "Walkie Scorchie." The building cost over £200 million to construct and is located near notable London landmarks such as The Monument, Leadenhall Market, and The Gherkin.

I love the fact that I’ve used the car lift to get a van into the basement.
