Hmm a lot of yall don’t know the law … the baby didn’t fall down stairs, he fell through a “missing panel” aka negligence on the hotel for not having reasonable safety standards on a stairwell hence the lawsuit

First of all, the mom stood not by her child, but literally just looking at him. I don’t know not guessing he would just continue to walk through the railings. There’s no way that as a mother would be standing that far away from my child with open railings, that’s her problem not the hotel problem.

Let’s all be so fr this isn’t just on the parents for being on their phone the hotel should 100% have glass panels on balconies that are tailored towards kids. The video shown of the woman on her phone was not the actual footage people

I watched the first 5 seconds three times before even listening to the rest of this video to make sure I saw what I saw and I did see a very unattended parent as which resulted in the death of her child not the hotel’s fault
