Literally just said to his buddy Officer, no he didn’t consent to a search, camera then proceeds to pan over to officers searching his vehicle. This whole damn video is infuriating to watch due to the fact that cops do whatever they want all the time.

So I’m assuming the dog “detected drugs” even though none were found. A K9 search should be unconstitutional since a dog can’t testify they detected drugs

A few of these cops at the scene should go to prison for the rest of their lives were being a threat to society. The others should just be fired for allowing their gang member partners to speak to someone like this to treat someone like this.

Normally I'm on the cops side but he had a right to say no and ask why they wanted to run a dog around his car. They do that to get around his rights to refuse to let them search

Supreme Court ruled officers cannot detain you for longer than the purpose of a routine traffic stop; solely to await for a K-9 unit. They can run your tags, license, insurance…etc. unless given reasonable suspicion. The guy should have calmly asked the purpose of the stop, complied, and then asked for articulable probable cause when they mentioned K9, instead of becoming belligerent. This giving cause for “reasonable suspicion.” Know your rights yall.
