These are the types of cops that kill people. Like, I woulda been scared as all hell if this guy pulled me out of my car. Did he ask for a supervisor ever? At the beginning of the video with him holding the gun he was legit impaired with adrenaline. you can hear the adrenaline and his voice like my dude is lucky he didn’t make any sudden moves. Then he stands there and recites his some seriously disturbing reasons.
