It’s a genetics thing. An 18 year old is at a good point to have children. A 40 year old isn’t. Our bodies seek to reproduce so they seek appropriate partners for it.

Wrong. I'm 41 and several of my friends are 18 to 20 years old. We play video games, work out together, we do house parties, work on cars. I don't have any 18-20 year old female friends though cause they normally don't have fun hobbies.

It’s because 18-30 yr olds are not in Pre, Peri, full blown or Post Menapausal and are not looking for a retirement plan that they will treat like a roommate like the 40 year olds do every day.
