How do you rate compression sleeves vs K-tape? I usually love K-tape when I don't want to fully brace but my skin has decided halfway through a roll that it's now going to react badly to the adhesive. 😂😭 I find the bit behind the knee can be brutal but tempted to give them another go.

i got some compression sleeves for my knees recently and wore them for thr first time yesterday and it feels like they fit on my lower leg and over my knee but on my thigh it feels way tighter but if i size up its not tight on the rest and im honestly not sure what to do 😂
