If people want a new house, they should buy a new house! Idk about the area and pricing but where I live newer houses are now cheaper than the old ones.

I live in a 65 house and the amount of people who think or assume we should do a full renovation is insane.

The before looked like the Brady Bunch house. I love the after. I don’t know why people want to live in old ugly houses

I sometimes wonder what one’s responsibility is when you’ve bought a house that was already stripped of its original features. When you bought a house that was flipped because it had the right location, size, etc. Is one obligated to do ones best to bring it back to it’s era?

Not even mad they gutted it. More mad how ugly they made it. That house could look like that beautiful home behind you.
