@abroadwithabbs: A city that often gets labelled “overrated” by people that don’t leave the centre of the city. Batumi really surprised us and we loved it! I highly recommend staying in the old town for 2 nights - we stayed in an airbnb apartment right near piazza square and it was perfect. A few streets back towards euroshop there is super affordable food and grocery markets. The botanical gardens were very beautiful and so was the viewpoint.
