I have one and it has a heat option. I stopped using it, just because I got lazy. It definitely had started to reshape my tech neck. I’d be a lot further along if I hadn’t stop using it. Seeing this is my new motivation. 💯

My chiropractor said it’s also helpful to roll up a towel and put it under your neck, if you can’t afford this thing.
