@rockstarrmo: How I did it #fyp -Barbell Hip Thrusts – 4x10–12 Squeeze at the top for 2 seconds -Bulgarian Split Squats – 3x10 (each leg) Keep your front foot far enough forward to hit the glutes -Cable Kickbacks – 3x12–15 Slow and controlled, full extension -Romanian Deadlifts (Dumbbell or Barbell) – 3x10 Hinge at the hips, feel that stretch in the glutes -Walking Lunges – 3x20 steps -Abductor Machine (or Banded Side Steps) – 3x15–20
