It needs more hay and a raven to get it closer to the scarecrow aspect. If you’re able to, I think adding some contrasting white thread to make it look slightly more stitched would also work (Jerry Anthony on TT made a whole tikok on it). Lastly, maybe a pumpkin head would make it more costumey but it could make it a little cartoonish.
