@holly_walshx: yes this is the only handstand shape I will post right now because it's the only one my brain remembers how to do. that's okay. there are actuallu still a lot of things i want to improve on with this shape so i am happy to focus on that for now. one thing at a time. no timeline. the less pressure I put on myself and the more I celebrate every small win, the more progress I make. the more pressure I put on myself to reach a certain skill within a certain time frame, the less likely I am to achieve it. maybe that's just me but maybe that's you too. be nice to yourself. #stretch #fyp #flexible #hanstand
