Honestly some people may not like what I have to say but the price seems high however it’s in a vibrant neighborhood, four bedrooms, updated in a modern fashion, and a decent sized yard for the area. We bought our house in transcona last year, similar build 3/4 ceiling, three bedrooms, and a bigger yard for 267. For what it is and the location, not too bad. Definitely not a shed.

To put it into perspective in 2020 I was home shopping. A 1400 square foot renovated home in Windsor park was 299,999.

literally paying for location for that price. crestwood is a absolutely fantastic area but to pay that price for how small that place is... I dont know about that.
