I’m too Australia for this, why don’t they just pay their staff a livable wage so you don’t need to tip them?? Plus this isn’t even a tip it’s a extra hidden charge since they auto add it

I never tip the head server cause I only see him once during the entire cruise when he takes the job of cutting my lobster out of the shell away from my main server, who I tip handsomely!

The new video that just exposed this and the contracts they don’t actually get any of the money at all if 50% of people cancel their prepaid. It goes into a pool fund and if that pool fund does not exceed there minimum contract, they don’t get anything for the entire month, even though you paid something always take off the gratuity and only tip in cash

we had such a great service we tipped extra to them all, our state room host was always working i remember we asked her if she ever got time off poor thing. we went on the wish in oct and loved it

ours have usually have 6 envelopes. Host, asst host, server, asst server, head server then concierge team. prepaid is higher than standard then this past weekend on the Wish we put an add'l $480 between the envelopes

I always tip my stateroom attendant up front a little something and then put something at the end just to make sure we get taken care of well. however, I do prepay for the rest bc I don’t like to carry a lot of money on me but workers say that they don’t get prepay tip for 2-3weeks (other cruise lines- not Disney specific) so I like to give them something in hand. Wonder how quick the turnaround is for them… 🤨
