its electrical issue, its a wire under the dashboard, when you try turn it on it sounds like it ran out of Gas. I spend $5000, but they couldn't fix it. towed it to Caterpillar and they fixed it 2 hours for $600.

Smart man. Most guys would say sure I’ll swap your motor. But the issue could be elsewhere 👍🏻

I had my head rebuilt on a b18c1 and had the same issue but, I later figured out the valves needed to be adjusted and I think my timing was off too
