Is this looking at the entire Americas or specifically colonial North America? I ask because there were a few hundred thousand i believe around 400,000that were directly shipped here, then later around 100,000 to 200,000 more brought from the Carribean which totals around 500,000 to 600,000. So between the enslaved natives which I believe were around 10,000 to 20,000 in the eastern portion of the US, I'm not sure about the rest would greatly decrease that number. So we have a native and African admixture. Something else I think that has to be accounted for Is the African side of these test. Theoretically, most should have no American DNA cousins on their test. I have not seen all of them but I've watched quite a few videos where they put their test on display and usually disclose their background before taking the test. All that I've seen have either only US, Carribean, as well as UK black cousins but usually no African cousin matches unless a close family member takes the test. I have only had one of my African cousins allow me to be a collaborator on her test so I can see the test from her perspective. The rest read off the names but didn't allow me to have access. I know it's not possible for every West African family to have people here because people were not taken from every single family. Plus some families were doing the taking rather than being taken. So the African to American family matches needs to be studied as well for a well rounded picture.

yes Asian & European scholars has been pointing this out. They have said Africans are not cousins to the American aboriginal indians, They are a different race of melanated people. . well done🙏

Slave Voyages.com has revised the number of slaves taken down to 92,000. That's the number that is supported by documentation. The researchers went around the world and reviewed every slave Voyage data base.

Black people made it all the way east to Fiji, Australia and Papua New Guinea before colonisation. Why is it hard for them to understand that they did travel West which is a shorter distance?
