ngl one thing that's helped me a LOT is skipping/eating very little for lunch and breakfast, but then getting to eat carefree during dinner. this is purely something that i do, tho, bc i'm usually not very hungry when i've just woken up & typically i don't need much for lunch. plus i like dinner & dessert best lololol

I personally skip break fast then at school we have this snack break where i eat this smoothie(70kalories)the we have lunch and i eat mire of the vegetables and less of the food but i usully eat like 200g then when i go home i eat dinner which is just carefree food then the last food of the day i eat a bunch so it pays back for the next days morning
