When someone is left to run amok in these here streets acting like a fool, like you do on a regular basis, someone needs to play lifeguard and let the other swimmers in the pool know that there is a cow in there relieving themselves in it. The help that you are going to receive is either going to come from you putting on your big girl panties and checking yourself in somewhere to be evaluated, or we are going to continue to shine light onto your antics... all day.... every day... until the powers that be see the state that you are in and insist on checkin you out.
