Tip for the birds, make sure it isn’t raining in the Ashavan Realm. Turn that off with the weather machine there. I kept missing the birds because I had the rain turned on

sumeru has a bunch of time-gated hidden quest 😞 there is one where you have to follow a sumpter beast to a far location and you have to stay really close to it and not let it get mad or die along the way. i had to do this quest twice because i forgot to kill one enemy on the route and i'm not walking close enough to it
