Just download and use Touch & Go ( TnG ) instead. Much more easier and convenient. It came with two options, an apps and physical card. You may purchase the physical card at numerous location such as drugstore ( Watsons, Guardian ), gas station ( Petronas, Shell ) or any other places. Then download the TnG app and link it witht the card. Once the verification is completed, you may use QR Pay as usual. TnG is a prepaid card, just like Wise card. But it came with additional features and the reload can be proceed either by physical card or via app🙏

We use Wise digital visa card it is convenient to use and can pay using Malaysian ringgit.

ramai taktahu sebenarnya Malaysia ialah negara kedua menggunakan qr sebagai kaedah pembayaran, selepas China. We are so brilliant, not even Europe or US that implement the method just recently.
