okay so how do you fix the patella subluxation i have this right now. we’ve done shots. pain came back now i have to go back in for 3 more shots. doctor said that my femur and another bone is rubbing together but no damage as of right now. but i will need to get a knee replacement later down the line. how do you fix this ?

is it called dislocation when you're running then your knees feel like it dislocated then it fixes on its own in just seconds but it hurts so bad that i have to sit down and wait for it for a few minutes to lessen so you can walk? then after it lessens and you can finally walk but your limping.

i was playing soccer and as i was landing, my foot got stuck in the ground and i hyperextended my leg and heard cracking in my knee as i landed. there was no swelling and i was able to walk slightly after the injury, my knee just felt unstable. the physio diagnosed as a level 1 meniscus tear. it’s been 3 weeks and i cannot fully straighten my leg. When i try to fully straighten my leg, it feels like my knee locks and is stopping me from fully straightening my leg. any tips, opinion, recommendations?
