LOQ especially the IAX and IRX models have a tendency to kill themselves (fried motherboard) and need a technician to fix it. Mine happened to also suddenly stop charging and i suspect the motherboard

try plugging it to a outlet insted of an extension block. if that doesn't work try using another charger if that still doesnt work it could ither be somthing like damage inside the port or internal damage
