Have you tried the hydrogen water bottles? I swear I wanted to believe they were cap. But I also have bludgibg and degenerative discs in my lower back and have had a complete acl recon. I haven’t tried the tabs … but I did start using that hydrogen water bottle and it seems so much better

One day we gonna see people falling off like flies from this tic tok medication lol. However coming from an ole country boy truck driver that has already had back surgery and deal with lower back pain daily this product looks good. Gonna give it a shot.

just looked at the ingredients only thing listed is Magnesium!! Which is great. some other additives that don't really do much.
