@foodierandy: Shrimp and Bacon Alfredo Pasta 🍝 🤗 Ingredients • 70–80 g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti) • 2 tbsp butter • 2 slices beef bacon (or regular bacon) • 8–10 shrimp, peeled and deveined • ½ small onion, finely chopped • 2 cloves garlic, minced • ½ cup heavy cream • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp garlic seasoning or garlic powder • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to spice preference) • Salt and pepper, to taste • Dried parsley, for garnish Instructions 1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a splash of pasta water, then drain. 2. Cook Bacon: In a pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add bacon and cook until fat renders and it becomes crispy. Remove and set aside. 3. Cook Shrimp: Season shrimp with smoked paprika, garlic seasoning, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Sear in the same pan until pink on both sides, about 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. 4. Make Sauce: In the same pan, add onions and garlic. Sauté on low heat until soft and fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and season with the same spices to taste. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. 5. Combine: Add the cooked bacon (chopped), shrimp, and pasta. Toss well to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen. 6. Finish: Garnish with dried parsley and serve warm. #creatorsearchinsights #pasta #shrimprecipes #shrimppasta #EasyRecipe

Eight weeks in and here is the version that actually held up. ✅ 1. Structure carried the whole thing Went in expecting willpower to be the challenge. It was building a routine once my b0dy went quiet. 👉 Habit has to do the work the app3tite cue used to 👉 What you have ready beats how motivated you feel that day 👉 The comp only works when the routine around it is already there ✅ 2. The face was the first thing to change Everything else felt slow while the face shifted almost right away. 👉 Clear change around week five before much else showed 👉 That is when people who had not seen me in a while started noticing 👉 The face is reliably the first place it shows up ✅ 3. A log made the whole run easier Was sure I was consistent. The record said otherwise. 👉 Started logging in Dosely on the App Store and the gaps were obvious 👉 Was slipping on exactly the days I thought I was solid 👉 You cannot correct something you have no record of ✅ 4. Water fixed more than any dose change did Went a fortnight barely drinking and never felt it. 👉 It cuts thirst as hard as app3tite 👉 Headaches, flat sessions and dull skin all traced back to one thing 👉 4-6L with electrolytes and most of it cleared on its own ✅ 5. Alcohol was a one time lesson Tested it early on assuming it would land the way it used to. 👉 Digestion is basically stopped so absorption is unpredictable 👉 A quiet night wiped out most of the week after 👉 Cut it out afterward and never reconsidered ✅ 6. The scale was the least honest thing I had Fluid shifts made short reads meaningless. 👉 The number sat still for weeks while real change happened underneath 👉 Photos told a far more honest story 👉 Weekly trend only, everything shorter is noise ✅ 7. Training decided the shape Felt lighter so trained lighter. Backwards instinct. 👉 The comp clears what covers the muscl3 but has no say in whether muscl3 is there 👉 Back to progressive overload and the shape moved fast 👉 The comp handles the rest, training decides what is left ✅ 8. Everything landed together at the end Weeks of feeling like nothing was moving then it all arrived in a few days. 👉 The face changed noticeably in about a week 👉 Comments came from people who had not seen me in over a month 👉 It builds quiet then delivers in one hit. Stay in through the slow stretch Save this if you are starting or mid run because most of this cost me weeks before I worked it out.
