I would be VERY careful. I am a lecturer and part of my research is developing AI ‘tutors’ like this in healthcare and medical degrees. They are very confidently wrong at times and needing a lot of backend input to give accurate responses

Not the point of this video I realize, but the ONE drawback from video laryngoscopes is that secretions can get on the camera and obscure the view. If RSI is for bowel obstruction the gastric contents could be substantial. Need to have a DL handy at all times, but I still start with video.

Anaesthetist here. That’s pretty good! I’d mostly gently bag mask my RSIs, especially if obese or child. I’d keep pressure low you’ll unlikely inflate the stomach and much less likely to get hypoxic (esp important in head trauma). I always use videoscope for RSI
